2023 was a mammoth year for our construction team! Having started 2023 with only the ground floor slab poured, the team have pushed through 15 levels, conducting 22 slab pours across both towers and topping out on schedule!  

Tower 1 (South Tower)
The roof is on and the team working through internal defects on Levels 4-9.
Painting is underway on Levels 10-12, with kitchen installs and tiling ongoing on these levels as well.
Sheeting has commenced on Levels 13-14 and high-level rough ins are ongoing on the Penthouse level (Level 15).

Tower 2 (North Tower)
The scaffold has been removed and internal defects are ongoing across all levels.

The ground floor pool has been dug and concrete pour complete as the rest of the common amenity will begin to take shape over the coming months.
Both towers are still on target for completion in July/August 2024.
Over the coming months, we will begin reaching out to existing purchasers with updated timelines and buyer obligations leading into settlement.
