1. Referral Reward
Members who refer a new purchaser to Habitat Development Group will receive a $5,000 referral reward when the referee’s contract of sale reaches unconditional exchange.

2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Referral Reward:
The Referrer must:
Be a current Habitat owner or purchaser with a settled or unconditional contract
Complete the Referral Form before the referee signs their contract
Not be a real estate agent receiving commission on the sale

The Referee must:
Not be an existing Habitat customer or on our database
Not have previously contacted or visited Habitat
Enter into a contract of sale for a Habitat development
Reach unconditional exchange on their contract
Acknowledge the Referrer on or before signing their contract

3. Family & Friends Share Benefit
Property has always been generational. As a valued member, you can share referral benefits with your friends and family, helping them secure their future while being rewarded for yours.

4. Payment
The Referral Reward will be paid within 10 business days of the referee’s contract reaching unconditional exchange, subject to completed bank details being provided.

5. Exclusions
No Referral Reward is payable when:
Multiple purchasers are named and any purchaser is already known to Habitat
The referee is already on Habitat’s database
The referrer is a real estate agent earning commission on the transaction
The referee’s contract does not reach unconditional exchange or is terminated

6. General Conditions
Only one referral reward per contract
No limit on total number of referrals you can make
Referral rewards are personal and cannot be transferred or sold
If the referee’s contract terminates before settlement, any reward paid must be returned to Habitat
Habitat reserves the right to verify all referral relationships
Habitat’s decision on eligibility is final

7. Definitions
Unconditional Exchange: When all purchaser conditions (finance, building inspection, etc.) have been satisfied or waived.
Existing Customer: Any person who has previously enquired, registered interest, visited a display, or appears on Habitat’s sales database.

Effective Date: 01/02/2026. Habitat Development Group reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
