August will see the team finish on Level 3 with concrete to be poured by the end of this week. This will be a major milestone for the project as the construction team will then move into the first apartment structures of the building.

Despite the recent COVID lock-downs in South-East Queensland, commercial construction sites have remained open and our team have implemented all of the relevant safety measures in relation to ensuring our site is ‘COVID Safe’.
 
Below are some images of progress with the main milestones to point out being;
 
  • Scaffolding is now up to level 4 with concrete being poured this week for level 3.
  • Once level 3 is poured, we should start seeing the more distinct shape of the first apartments coming from this podium level.
  • Electrical lighting fit offs are being completed to level 1 & level 2 carparking areas.
  • From here we expect to pour and jump a level roughly every 3 weeks, with top out expected prior to the Christmas shutdown.
