The Eastern Tower roof is nearing completion, with the Western Tower underway and will be complete prior to Christmas shutdown. Works on the external façade are still ongoing and the final glazing on the higher levels of both towers is pencilled in for early January.

Keep an eye on the southern side of the towers which will be due to have the scaffold dropping in late January.

The Terrace / SOHO ground floor slab has been poured and the team are currently installing the blockwork for the ground level where you can see the outlines of the Terraces taking shape.

Settlement is still on track for Q2 2022, while it is not yet time to start preparing, the sales team will be in touch early next year with further updates and more accurate timing on when to start talking with your financiers/banks & mortgage brokers. As well as engaging with our property management team and arranging a building/defect inspection as we get closer to completion.
