The Eastern Tower 1 ‘The Collection’ scaffolding has now been dropped, with the remainder of Tower 2’s scaffolding to be down in the coming weeks.
The crane will then begin it’s dismantling, with trades to move in behind to fix any external patch ups, rendering and painting.
Lifts to both towers are now operational and progressive testing for power to each apartment is underway.
Penthouse apartment fit outs are now underway as well as the residence roof top terrace and private dining room.
The Terrace / SOHO’s have framing has commenced to their 3rd level.
In the coming months we will also see the ground floor restaurant’s under Tower 2 commence fit outs as the latest Maroochydore eateries begin to take shape.
