St Clair Construction Update

The piling rig is onsite, and has begun.

Basement excavation ongoing.

Crane to be installed in the coming months.

Over 50% of Tower 1 sold within 6 months of launch.

The Corso Construction Update

Remaining on track for July/August completion.
The crane has been dismantled.
External rendering/painting is in the final stages.
Glazing and awning to ground floor/commercial tenancies are complete with the streetscape beginning to take shape.
Deep planting is underway, allowing for the greenery to achieve maturity by the time of handover.
Internal defects ongoing on all levels, final lock up on lower levels fast approaching.
