We have a quick update on our projects. Our construction teams have been working hard and it shows through the incredible progress they have made!
The Corso Construction Update
- Scaffold drop continuing on level 10 and 9.
- Level 14 & 15 fit outs ongoing.
- Common amenity fit outs underway.
- Completion remains on track July/August.
While it’s too soon to being lodging for your finance apps, now is the time to start talking to your broker/lender and ensure you have all documentation ready to go.

St Clair Construction Update
In spite of recent extensive rain fall, the team have continued to push through with only minor delays.
- Sheet piling complete.
- Basement excavation underway.
- Dewatering plant set up.
- Over 50% of Tower 1 sold within 6 months of launch.
Update on Birtinya Town Centre
Works on pedestrian bridge by Council ongoing. Plans revealed for new pedestrian bridge connecting town centre to sportsman parade.Â
There has not been a more exciting time to be part of the Habitat community, as these premium units take shape.
