The new Maroochydore CBD’s first residential project has nearly sold out ahead of schedule with just one luxury penthouse available.
Habitat Development Group’s $83m Market Lane project has sold 145 of 146 apartments and has offered a unique opportunity for the final buyer to customise the remaining penthouse.
Director Cleighton Clark said the final penthouse was the only unit in the complex where such a high level of customisation was being offered.
