Habitat Development Group Overview
Founded in Brisbane in 2005, Habitat Development Group was ranked the 16th largest builder of apartments in the country in 2015 by the HIA (Housing Industry Association). The company specializes in residential development and has a reputation for delivering luxury properties at affordable prices.
Habitat manages all aspects of the development process in-house including site acquisition, development, construction, sales and ongoing property management so our commitment to a project goes well beyond completion of the building. Being vertically integrated, we're able to offer the very best value and service to our customers. And we operate with a conservative financial model that enables us to commence projects without pre-sales, so you can be rest assured our projects are completed on time as planned.
We have an exciting future ahead with a number of projects in the pipeline and under construction. The company was founded in Brisbane in February 2005 by Cleighton Clark and is 100% privately owned.
